I watch my share of Bundesliga and I like Nigel de Jong and I think he could be a quality Premiership player. Since we’re talking young European defenders playing in the Bundesliga, I’d also like to see them make a play for Vincent Kompany as well.

Nuno – thank you. I was reading abola as well and saw that but I just wanted to make sure with a formal announcement from the club. There have been so many rumours of this situation, its hard to know what is fact. Thanks -

This has nothing to do with nigel de jong, but I think you might be interested – Portuguese newspapers say Aimar will go to Benfica and will be presented tomorrow.
I dont know if I like the idea – He is incredibily talented, but also injury prone…
