DA – who do you think should be manager then? I’m not sure we’re going to get anyone before an ownership change but interested in everyones opinion.

‘a man of tradition, of honour and distinction’…. well that would rule out David O’Leary to start with! Apart from the book he wrote whilst still at Leeds, he’s probably not that far behind Dennis Wise in the ‘most hated man in football’ catagory.

Eric Chang – Thanks for commenting, I appreciate you jumping in.

I understand your concern but at this time I don’t think they’ll get anything more than a manager who is familiar with the area and need someone who can slow what is starting to look like a public relations nightmare and a complete collapse. Like yourself, I am skeptical Sam Allardyce could turn the club around but he maybe able to stem a mutiny. However thats a bit “maybe.”

If it was your choice who would you like and who do you think would take the position?

i agreed with most of your article but two things.

david o’leary and sam allardyce? really?

david o’leary spent almost 100 million pounds to what end?
not only that, his book leeds united on trial while he was still at leeds does not seem very loyal or honest to me. while he did a great job of promoting youth, he did not do so well when given money to spend.

big sam?!?!?! where the #### did that come from? SERIOUSLY?!?!? i have no real comment for that choice but we ALL saw where that ended. down with negative football. it’s not tactical like benitez or capello. it’s just negative and direct. in other words, stupid.
