Gustavo Mascardi stands to make quite a bit of cash before the start of this next season. He also represents Roberto Ayala who is looking at coming back to River Plate in Argentina a three 3 million euro deal and Andrés D'Allesandro who is looking at a possible transfer from San Lorenzo de Almagro in Argentina to Inter of Porto Alegre in Brazil in a 7 million dollar deal.

As far as Pablo Aimar is concerned, I have my doubts about his ability to adapt to the English game quick enough. I have to venture, a season lost to adaptation and you have to take into account that Newcastle do not play with one play-maker in their formation which is how he's used to playing. Let's hope he shuts me up should this deal come to the Toon.

It's a strange situation because while I'm not convinced that this is the best use of 7.5 million, the publicized rumors about transfers at the club is so quiet that I'm not sure who else this money should be spent on. So...KK, go get Aimar unless there are better options. Which there very well could be.
